Role OverviewSelect Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital that provides world‑class inpatient post‑ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership throughout each patient’s recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage resources during assigned shifts.
- Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
- Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff, patients, and families.
- Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient‑specific and facility‑wide needs, while improving operations.

- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS and ACLS required at hire.
- Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience.
- Prior clinical management experience.
