In this position, you will guide clients through the complexities of buying, selling, and leasing properties, delivering expert advice and outstanding service to help them achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their real estate goals and preferences.
- Perform detailed market analysis to uncover valuable property opportunities and keep up with industry developments.
- Support clients during negotiations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.
- Stay informed about current real estate laws and regulatory updates.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate or a related sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Possession of a valid real estate license is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices.

- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills.
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or willing to obtain a license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
