Overview

Copy - Team Member at Quality Fresca LLC. This role involves implementing procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

• Follow brand standards, company rules and policies and job responsibilities in assigned positions as directed by the supervisor.
• Deliver a quality guest experience, ensure products meet brand standards and recipes, maintain stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed.
• Team members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production. Each position has different duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare certain food items; greet guests and take orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Have knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and packaging as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products. Some positions require the preparation of food and beverage items and maintaining quality standards of the products prepared.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service. For cash handling positions, be responsible for accurate cash control.
• Deliver food and drink orders to guests and confirm the accuracy of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas; may be responsible for cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas.
