Salary
: $12.25 to $12.75 per hour.
* Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise.
- Help customers find what they need.
- Handle clerical duties like customer files and contracts.
- Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
- Solid communication skills.
- Desire to help customers.
- Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (we’ll train you and provide the tools).
- Age: 18 or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Note that the pay range above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
