Overview

Operations Supervisor - Old Hickory Mall s role focuses on driving store merchandise in-stocks, supervising Operations associates, and executing operational tasks to contribute to profitable sales growth.

• Direct the team in a fast-paced store environment, resolve customer issues professionally, and manage the latest merchandise and in-store processes.
• Assist with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate in-stock information; oversee RFID processes and system uploads to maintain stock ledger accuracy; manage pricing and signing including re-ticketing and re-packaging execution.
• Oversee stockroom processes, work safety initiatives, facility equipment, and support processes; supervise cash office activities and third-party receiving, shipping, and logistics.
• Train and develop associates; coach in the moment, address performance issues, and ensure policy compliance through collaboration with operations staff.
• Meet or exceed performance standards related to shrink, safety, omnichannel execution, scheduling efficiency, associate relations, customer service, productivity, and attendance.
• Drive accountability, provide feedback and recognition, and build positive relationships across teams; adapt to change and lead others through transitions.
• Support company expectations for benefits enrollment and associate programs where applicable.

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
