Your Role
As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results while representing our company values and bringing your real self to work every day.
YourResponsibilities
- Drive sales as a key LOD by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through best‑in‑class in‑store experiences.
- Motivate and inspire the team around AEO’s core values, holding associates accountable to service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
- Recruit, hire, and develop strong talent to keep the store adequately staffed and ensure partners continue to provide outstanding service in a Guest‑First culture.
- Set clear, attainable goals for sales and stock associates, provide ongoing performance feedback, and celebrate outstanding performance to foster engagement.
- Execute and innovate visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards, ensuring fitting rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
- Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You have led retail teams in a management role.
- You can multitask with strong attention to detail, priority‐setting, and time management.
