Domino's Pizza is hiring for an Assistant Manager. The role involves leading the team during your shift, ensuring adherence to policies, and delivering quality service. The position emphasizes judgment, math, multitasking, and strong customer relations.

• Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, following a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned to support store operations and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal and written communication skills; proficient computer/keyboard use for entering orders.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to deliver in various settings, including multi-story buildings and private residences while carrying product.

• Exposure to varying weather and in-store temperatures from coolers to hot kitchen areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and other kitchen environments.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher, and moving mechanical parts.
• Delivery driving and related activities may involve outdoor and travel conditions.

• Standing for most tasks; walking, lifting up to 50 pounds; frequent reaching and carrying; occasional climbing and stooping.
• Delivery-related tasks may require carrying pizzas, beverages, and ingredients over short distances.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
