What you'll do- Be a Team Member:
Collaborates with team members, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service. - Be an Expert:
Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications and seasonality, and shows expertise with Point of Sale systems and phone/in‑person selling techniques. - Be a Techie:
Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application and training, adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, works hands‑on in the physical area, maintains accurate inventory audit safety and compliance standards, reports TBC complaints, safety hazards and problems with products, services and work areas, completes paperwork and logs, and ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored per company policies. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate by valuing member experience, models high‑quality service and products, influences and inspires others, works in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style, and helps training team members. - Complies with company policies, procedures and ethical standards; implements action plans using the Open Door Policy and maintains integrity across all operations.

Compensation & BenefitsHourly wage range: $18.00 to $25.00 (actual rate at or above minimum wage). Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
