• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the Orange theory Fitness concept to interested individuals ("intros")
• Managing front desk tasks, including answering phones and member interaction
• Giving studio tours
• Guiding newcomers through their first Orange theory workout alongside trainers
• Selling memberships to support studio growth
• Following up with prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns professionally with the aim of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
