As an Auto Sales – Product Specialist, you’re constantly engaged-connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right vehicle. You welcome each guest warmly, listen closely to what they’re looking for, and confidently guide them through features, options, and performance capabilities. You offer test drives that help them feel the excitement behind the wheel and make informed decisions.
Once they’re ready to move forward, you handle the paperwork with precision and professio nalism before handing it off to the finance team. Beyond the sales floor, you participate in regular training sessions to refine your skills, set personal goals, and stay current with new models and features.
- Valid driver’s license
- Possess a genuine attitude, desire, work ethic, and a high level of competency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work retail hours (sometimes up to 10-12 hours a day)
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods
- Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
