Qualifications & Skills
- Proven inside sales or outbound/telephonic sales experience
- Strong lead qualification and appointment-setting ability
- Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Comfort managing high call volumes and achieving targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
