• Monday – Friday every week
• Shift is from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am
• Overtime and weekends available

• Normal setting: repair / maintenance shop at our Jackson, TN collection site

• Fix the trucks and equipment that serve over 20 million customers across the USA
• Inspect, diagnose and repair electric, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
• Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Perform safety checks on vehicles – the safety of every single employee and the people in our communities is our number one priority
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times
• Assist senior mechanics in the completion of project work
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successful completion and pass of pre‑employment drug screen and physical

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constantly standing, walking, and grasping; occasionally sitting and balancing
• Exposure to physical occupational risks (cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) often
• Exposed to physical environment involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often
• Job operates both inside garage and outside conditions with inclement weather, heat and humidity

The expected base pay rate for this on‑site position is $29.50.
