Boiler Operator – Jackson, Tennessee

• Perform preventative maintenance and machinery troubleshooting.
• Operate and maintain engine room equipment, including boilers, pumps, and electrical systems.
• Perform mechanical/electrical repairs on pumps, air compressors, and condensers
• Troubleshoot & repair boilers & other manufacturing machinery.
• Work on HVAC units up to 40 tons
• Complete and file all required logging for boiler information, hot work, engine room & other records

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 3+ years of experience in a boiler operator style position
• Experience performing mechanical/electrical repairs on pumps, air compressors, and condensers.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and repairing boilers and other manufacturing machinery.
• Boilers License and/or EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
• Experience with welding, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems and components a plus.
• Knowledge of steam systems, air compressors, valves, and electrical troubleshooting.

• 3rd shift: 6p-6:30a on a 2-2-3 schedule

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 – $83200.00
