8:30AM to 5:30PM & On-Call is 1 Week, Every 2 Weeks

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Bradford Chase Apartments, a 148-unit community located on Williamsburg Village Drive. • $18.00-$20.00 Per Hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry, drywall & painting
  • Water heater systems (gas & electric)
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
