We are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team in Jackson, TN! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience.
Pay: Up to $26 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: 40–45 hours per week
- Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power finishing equipment
- Operate tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, and edgers
- Monitor concrete consistency and timing to achieve a quality finish
- Create clean edges, joints, and smooth surfaces as required
- Assist with preparing work areas and setting up forms before concrete placement
- Minimum of 5 years of concrete finishing experience
- Experience finishing, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces
- Ability to use concrete finishing tools and equipment
- Ability to follow job-site safety procedures and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Regularly lifting over 50 pounds, crouching, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
