Warehouse Material Handler – Ryder – Jackson, Tennessee

Permanent Full‑time position.

Hourly Pay: $18.84 per hour. Pay is weekly.

Location:

Jackson, Tennessee.

Responsible for handling warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Perform duties in accordance with performance measurement guidelines. Manage accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc. Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid forklift operator’s license (certified).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment.
• Highly thorough and dependable, punctual with good attendance.
• High degree of initiative; accurate under pressure.
• Physical capability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow health and safety methods; flexible shift schedule.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
