General Responsibilities/Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Order Picker to unload, put away, and retrieve products. This is a FULL-TIME Position working 1st shift in our climate-controlled Distribution Center.

Responsibilities:

Pull, process, and pack orders accurately and quickly.
Accurately scan product out of location using an RF scanner
Check product being picked against sales order to avoid errors
Notify supervisor of orders with discrepancies prior to filling orders
Work on stocking and replenishment
Relocate product in the warehouse as directed
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain and work in a safety-sensitive environment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Dependability and strong work ethic
Previous warehouse, RF scanner, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment /

Physical Requirements

Clean, climate-controlled work environment
Lifting to 50 lbs. occasionally
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and grasping throughout the shift
