- Oversee and collaborate with a full‑time housekeeper; assist hands‑on when needed.
- Manage household inventory, supplies, packages, and light organization projects.
- Coordinate household service providers (snow removal, lawn care, propane, window cleaning, appliance repair, etc.).
- Handle errands, mail, returns, and occasional event or entertaining support.
- Provide light administrative support (bill pay, online purchases, scheduling, travel research and booking).
- Assist with pet care for a friendly St. Bernard (walks, feeding, vet coordination, boarding logistics).
- Support basic home and vehicle maintenance coordination.
- Occasional travel support with advance notice and mutual agreement.
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, with start/end times flexing slightly day‑to‑day
- Occasional after‑hours or travel support by prior agreement
- Competitive annual salary (finalized based on experience)
- Discretionary 10% year‑end performance bonus
- 3‑bedroom / 2‑bath off‑site housing provided
, including utilities and yard maintenance - 14 days Paid Time Off annually
- All Federal holidays paid
- 7 paid sick days annually
- 3+ years of experience in a private household, hospitality, or high‑service residential role
- Confident, hands‑on, and highly organized
- Strong cooking skills with a wellness‑focused mindset
- Self‑directed with excellent judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic household
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Enjoys dogs and is comfortable with pet‑related responsibilities
