Entry Level Operator

Westwood Curtis – In-Person in Jackson, Wyoming

Westwood Curtis is looking for Entry Level Operators to support excavation and utility crews by safely operating equipment, in and around existing utilities.

This position is ideal for someone beginning a career in heavy civil construction who wants to gain experience operating and working closely with excavation crews.

Core Responsibilities

Operating mini to mid-size excavators, skid steers, and wheel loaders

Performing daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks

Following all company and DOT safety requirements

Assisting crews with general labor duties when needed

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Ability to operate construction vehicles safely and responsibly

Strong attention to job site awareness

Ability to follow direction from foremen and supervisors

Willingness to assist with general labor tasks as needed

Experience with operating equipment required.
