New West Building Company Project Managersareresponsibleforoverseeingandcoordinatingallaspectsofaprojectfrompreconstructionthroughcloseoutandwarranty .Thisrolerequiresstrongcommunicationandcollaborationwithclients,design teams,and internal/externalfieldandofficeteams.

The Project Managerisaccountableformanagingbudget ,quality,andschedulewhiledrivingalignmentacrossallstakeholders.

• Leadpreconstructioncoordination,includingestimatingsupportandcontractnegotiations
• Correspondwithsubcontractpartnersregardingscopes,proposals,andshopdrawings
• Workcloselywithinternalprojectteamstoresolvedesignissuesandensurestrongcoordinationbetweenfieldandofficestaff
• Coordinatewiththeowneranddesignteamtoincorporatecompetitivepricingand/orpresentvalueengineeringopportunities
• ConductsubcontractorandOACmeetingsweekly(orasneeded) tomaintainalignmentonprogressandactionabletasks
• Managechangeorderprocesseswithownersandsubcontractorsinatimelymanner
• UpholdastrongcommitmenttoOSHAandNWBCsafetypolicies,ensuringteammembersreturnhomesafelyeachday
• Coordinatewithfieldleadershiptoupdateandcontroltheprojectschedule
• Maintainproperdocumentcontrol,including plans,RFIs,submittals,andotherprojectdocumentation
• Executecloseoutproceduresandprojectcommissioningwhilemaintainingapositiveownerrelationship
• Ensurepredictablemonthlybillingsandsubcontractorpaymentsbypartneringwiththeaccountingteam

• Minimum4yearsofexperienceinasimilar Project Manager role
• Bachelor’sdegreepreferred
• Operationalexperiencewith:
  
  Procore,Sage Intacct,Bluebeam,Microsoft Office,MSProject,Planera.
• Provenabilitytooperatesuccessfullyonlargeteamswithprofessionalism,respect,confidence,and enthusiasm
• Workingknowledgeofconstructionmanagementprocesses,applicable rules/regulations,andqualitystandards

Compensation:

Thepayratelistedreflectsthemaximumforthisrole.

Actualstartingpaywillbebasedonqualifications,experience,andinternalequity.
