• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in trust company leadership or fiduciary services.
• Strong knowledge of trust law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin and digital asset custody solutions strongly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
