In partnership with Snake River Sporting Club, Noble House is also excited to announce a new full‑service luxury hotel opening on property, The Sylvan Lodge. Located in the heart of the community, The Sylvan Lodge will feature hotel rooms and condos with unparalleled access to the outdoors, stunning views from a rooftop patio, a 10,000‑square‑foot in‑building wellness center and spa, and all of the services and amenities one would expect from a luxury resort.
The Sylvan Lodge offers all the natural beauty of the area while remaining a tranquil retreat, just a stone's throw from Jackson Hole.
The Steward/Dishwasher supports the Food and Beverage and Culinary Team by ensuring that the dishes are washed and sanitized consistent with health guidelines, and the kitchen/dining areas are maintained consistent with the standard of excellence guests come to expect from Snake River Sporting Club.
Requirements- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
- Ensure all areas are free from debris and hazards.
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
- Maintain cleanliness in trash disposal areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Safely operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
- Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
