We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Jackson Southtown. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Process reservations and manage room assignments using the hotel management system.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.
• This position may be responsible for airport shuttles as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
