Position Summary

The Clear Creek Group is seeking a versatile and people-focused Human Resources and Office Manager to serve as a central resource for our growing team in Jackson, WY.

This role combines strategic HR support with hands-on operational management, requiring someone who thrives on building strong workplace relationships while ensuring organizational efficiency. You'll be the go-to resource for employees and managers, providing guidance across benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, workplace policies, and company culture.

As a trusted partner to leadership, you'll help strengthen HR practices, support employees throughout their lifecycle with the company, and ensure the day-to-day office environment runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and collaborative, with strong judgment and a genuine passion for creating a professional, positive, and well-supported workplace.

Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration

Manage day-to-day human resources administration and employee relations, serving as a primary resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll-related questions, performance matters, and general employment concerns.

Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain HR policies, procedures, best practices, and the employee handbook, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws and evolving organizational needs.

Maintain current knowledge of employment law, HR trends, and regulatory changes while coordinating required employment notices, documentation, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, leave programs, and other compliance requirements.

Optimize and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure accurate, complete, and confidential employee records and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

Support managers with employee performance matters, including coaching, documentation, corrective action, and other employee relations needs.

Prepare HR reports and analytics and identify opportunities to strengthen HR processes and support organizational decision-making.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, recruiting platforms, candidate communication, interview scheduling, background checks, offer letters, and pre-employment requirements in partnership with hiring managers.

Maintain an organized, consistent, and compliant hiring process and coordinate employee transfers, promotions, status changes, and other employment changes.

Coordinate and administer onboarding and new-hire orientation, ensuring employees receive appropriate systems access, equipment, benefits information, policies, and resources.

Manage employee separations and offboarding, including benefits transitions, final payroll coordination, company property and system access, required documentation, and exit interviews.

Performance Management & Employee Experience

Coordinate the company's performance review process and support managers in establishing expectations, providing feedback, addressing performance concerns, and maintaining appropriate documentation.

Develop and support employee recognition, engagement, and culture initiatives that promote connection, communication, and a positive workplace environment.

Coordinate employee events, celebrations, and company-wide activities in partnership with leadership.

Serve as an approachable resource for employees, identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, and make recommendations to leadership.

Payroll & Benefits Administration
