IT Systems and Support Engineer –
Town of Jackson
The Town of Jackson, Wyoming is now accepting applications from motivated and positive individuals to join our premiere IT team as an IT Systems and Support Engineer.
Hiring Range: $98,570 - $107,000 DOQ.
Below market rental housing options available.
Primary duties include provision of frontline technical support to staff for both hardware and software issues; maintenance of the Town’s Microsoft-based infrastructure; administering systems across Microsoft 365, Entra , Teams, Exchange, and Windows Server environments; and maintaining excellent relationships with internal customers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a small IT team and can independently manage both user needs and backend systems.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field, 4-6 years of experience, and industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred.
