Litigation Attorney - Jackson, Wyoming

Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join the firm’s Litigation Department working from the Jackson, Wyoming office. Parsons is a regional law firm headquartered in Salt Lake City that has national expertise in numerous practice areas. The firm is at the forefront of the legal communities in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Wyoming, and the Intermountain Region.

The ideal candidate will work on a broad range of litigation disputes at the local, regional, and national levels.

• Extensive experience analyzing complex litigation
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Significant case‑handling capability in complex civil litigation
• A portable book of business is preferred along with the desire to continue growing the attorney’s practice
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment and adherence to high ethical standards
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Wyoming or ability to be admitted by motion
