• Customer Service skills

• Retail experience preferred but not required

• Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag and items are not damaged
• Assist customers with loading bags into their car and removing merchandise from baskets
• Perform basic shelf conditioning, collect and pick up trash, clean spills, and maintain store cleanliness inside and outside of store
• Inform customers of grocery specials and handle price checks for cashiers
• Return merchandise to store shelves and gather baskets to designated areas
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise, reinforce safety programs, and identify unsafe conditions
• Adhere to food safety regulations, preventive maintenance, local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced environment, manage conflict calmly, and act with honesty and integrity
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
