Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Hybrid work in Jackson Hole, WY or Denver, CO required. Large equity stake, competitive salary, and benefits. We are an early‑stage company looking for a sales hire who will work closely with senior sales leadership, a dynamic team, and two founders who began their careers as SDRs. The role focuses on initiating conversations that lead to closed wins with well‑known tech companies.

As a Series‑A opportunity, you’ll play a key part in scaling the company from $3 M to $12 M in ARR over the next two years.

Responsibilities
  • Research prospective accounts to understand their goals and hiring decisions.
  • Identify pain points of prospects and existing customers and articulate the solutions we offer.
  • Develop outbound connection strategies, based on research, to attract prospects to learn about User Evidence.
  • Initiate contact through a data‑driven mix of cold calls, tailored emails, Linked In messages, and other tactics (expected weekly load: 200 emails, 600 cold calls, 100 Linked In messages).
  • Organize follow‑up conversations between prospects and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Marketing, and AEs to align actions with company goals.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Leadership on collateral that can enhance outreach.
  • Continuously improve team processes and efficiency in reaching prospective customers.
  • Own the entire process from start to finish, maintaining superb documentation and leveraging software tools.
  • Work in person at the office 3 days per week.
