HVAC Controls Technician

We are looking for service technicians with experience working on boilers, residential AC, mini splits, and commercial systems. Truck, tools, uniform, and tablet w/ Service Titan provided.

• Estimate/Install mechanical heating controls systems.
• Set up, program, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems (including smart stats, zoning panels, relays, sensors, etc.)
• Test system functionality, airflow, pressures, and water flow to ensure optimal performance
• Interpret plans, wiring diagrams, and submittals accurately
• Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and internal team members
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and applicable codes

• 5+ years of experience in the mechanical/HVAC trade with a focus on hydronics and controls
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with high-end residential systems and expectations
• Proient with control brands such as Tekmar, Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, or Innotech a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Experience with geothermal or hybrid systems
• Familiarity with luxury home construction and high-performance equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
