OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront
. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service across the property. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing housekeeping staff, maintaining cleaning schedules, overseeing supply inventory, and upholding safety and compliance protocols. This position plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional guest experience our hotel is known for, and we are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for the housekeeping department
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of housekeeping services
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Oversee the ordering and maintenance of cleaning supplies
- Develop and maintain an organized cleaning schedule
- Ensure safety and compliance with all applicable laws
- Monitor and track housekeeping costs
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare and present reports to upper management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
45,000 - 50,000 USD per year (Four Points)
