Job Summary
The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach courses in the program areas of Child Development, Child Life Studies, Human Sciences, Hospitality and Culinary Management, Merchandising, FCS Education, and Career Technical Education at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. These courses are offered in-person, hybrid, and online with experience in all three instruction methods preferred.
The minimum required qualifications for this position include a master's degree in one or more of the program areas indicated above, including 18 credit hours in the specific desired teaching area. Any additional certifications or experience should be included to confirm teaching qualifications (i.e., Athletic Training certification, Registered Dietician).
The adjunct faculty member will be responsible for lectures, attendance, exams, grading, and meeting university deadlines.

- 18 credit hours in the specific desired teaching area or training and experience in the field to be qualified to teach specific courses.
