Job Title: Customer Account Representative

Provide customers access to high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives!

Starting hourly rate: $13.01 – $15.30 per hour

• Customer Service:
  Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and at customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups:
  Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures and keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained.
• Merchandising:
  Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to like‑new condition and keeping showroom dusted, vacuumed and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record – you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Regularly required to talk and hear. Very active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting heavy items.

Full‑time, Monday through Saturday. Sundays off and one additional weekday off. Schedules may change throughout the year as dictated by management.
