This is a full‑time on‑site Sales Employee position based in Jacksonville, AR. The Sales Employee will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, promoting products, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining in‑store displays, building relationships with staff and customers, and staying informed about product details to provide excellent recommendations. Collaboration with the team and ensuring a positive customer experience will be key components of the role.

• Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including the ability to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in retail operations such as product merchandising, in‑store display maintenance, and inventory management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in learning and understanding product details to make informed recommendations and demonstrate product features.
• High level of motivation, ability to achieve sales targets, and focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Previous sales or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory. Proven ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment is advantageous.
