Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage a shift of 3-15 employees.
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
- Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Positive attitude, great motivational skills to lead a staff of 3-15 people.
- At least 18 years old.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Reliable vehicle that is insured.
- Great role model and leader, punctual, professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
