Territory Sales Professional – Entry Level

Apply to join Alleviation Enterprise LLC in this outside sales role where you develop new client relationships with small and medium‑size businesses.

Base pay

$65,000 – $90,000 per year.

Position Overview

This position is dedicated to building a new book of business in an assigned territory. Qualified candidates will work closely with a high‑energy team of supplemental insurance producers, attend training sessions, and have the autonomy to schedule face‑to‑face client meetings.

Core Responsibilities
  • Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage client relationships.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to assess insurance needs.
  • Meet in person with new businesses, nurture existing client relationships, and pursue referral leads.
  • Set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit weekly schedules.
  • Record daily activity and sales metrics.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
  • Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in the state of residence (or willing to obtain).
  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of post‑high‑school work experience; candidates with recent degree completion or relevant sales experience will be considered.
