Automotive Parts Counter Salesperson
Know your way around a parts catalog and enjoy helping customers get back on the road? We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays on a rotation basis (every third Saturday)
Pay:
Weekly salary plus commission, based on experience.
- Assist retail customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts in person and by phone
- Look up and identify parts using electronic catalogs and parts systems
- Quote prices, process sales, and handle special orders
- Maintain accurate inventory and keep the counter area organized
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers and the service department
- Automotive parts experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Earning potential that grows with your sales
