The work is proper audit. Plan and run engagements, coach juniors, talk to clients like a human, and ship files that do not boomerang back. A solid mix across local businesses and groups in the region. Enough variety to stay sharp without living on planes.

Overtime is straight time and paid. It often adds ten percent or more to your salary. Your first forty extra hours can be banked as PTO. After that you choose. More time off or cash in your account.
