As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll manage tax engagements for a variety of clients, review work prepared by staff, and provide leadership and mentoring to the team. This role is ideal for someone with prior CPA firm experience who is eager to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative firm culture.

• Supervise and review preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
• Train, mentor, and oversee staff accountants and tax preparers
• Assist in tax planning and consulting for clients in diverse industries
• Conduct research on complex tax matters and provide clear guidance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Identify process improvements and help implement best practices within the tax department

• Prior CPA firm experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Knowledge of current tax laws and planning strategies
