• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
• Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to support business decisions and provide financial insights
• Manage audits, coordinate with external auditors, and prepare required documentation
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
• Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced accounting concepts
• Experience managing month‑end close and financial reporting processes
• Proficiency with Excel and experience working within an ERP environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
