Senior SEC Reporting Accountant

ICX Group is seeking a Senior SEC Reporting Accountant with strong technical skills. In this role, the SEC Reporting Senior will be responsible for assisting the financial reporting department and ensuring financials are reported timely and accurately.

• Assist in the preparation, review and interpretation of financial data for executive leadership review.
• Plan, coordinate and compile data for financial statements and work with internal and external auditors.
• Perform internal and external financial reporting responsibilities that support operational decision-making and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
• Prepare the Company’s SEC documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, etc).
• Partner with internal departments.

• 3+ years of Accounting experience, Big 4 is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license.
