Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $30-37/hr

Contract Length: 6-months with possibility of extension & conversion to FTE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Experience managing month-end close cycles and coordinating external audits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, conditional formulas).
• Experience with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforce now)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Net Suite, or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with Financial Consolidation software (e.g. Oracle FCCS)

Summary: The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining effective internal controls, and leading a high-performing accounting team. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a strong technical accounting background and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across the organization.
