Waypoint Medical Solutions is a growing and innovative medical practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations and support our continued success. Our practice operates multiple clinics and service lines, requiring precise financial management across several entities. Candidates must have multi‑entity accounting experience, effectively manage separate books, handle inter‑company transactions, and produce consolidated reports to ensure accuracy, compliance and clarity across the organization’s financial operations.

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and assist in decision‑making.
• Support tax preparation by providing necessary documentation and reports to external CPA firms.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and financial performance.

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
