Waypoint Medical Solutions is a growing and innovative medical practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations and help support our continued success.

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and assist in decision‑making.
• Support tax preparation by providing necessary documentation and reports to external CPA firms.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and financial performance.

• Proven experience (5 years minimum) as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
