• Serve as a primary client‑facing CPA, building long‑term relationships
• Gradually transition client relationships from existing partners
• Deliver accounting and tax services with support from internal staff and virtual assistants
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with partners
• Help reduce partner workloads to support a sustainable 40‑45 hour workweek
• Contribute to long‑term firm growth with the opportunity to step into a Manager role

• Small or mid‑sized public accounting firms
• Client‑facing CPA roles with relationship ownership

• Active CPA license
• Approximately 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
