What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary client-facing CPA, building long-term relationships
- Gradually transition client relationships from existing partners
- Deliver accounting and tax services with support from internal staff and virtual assistants
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with partners
- Help reduce partner workloads to support a sustainable 40-45 hour workweek
- Contribute to long-term firm growth with the opportunity to step into a Manager role
Skills and Competencies
Required:
- Active CPA license
- Approximately 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Comfort working independently with established clients
- Professional, reliable, and relationship-oriented mindset
Desired:
- Experience in a small or boutique accounting firm
- Exposure to client transitions or succession planning
- Interest in leadership and long-term growth
- Enrolled Agent (EA) credential or interest in pursuing EA
