ICX Group is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant for a well respected organization in Jacksonville. The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for carrying out financial reporting functions and identify areas of continued process improvements.
Responsibilities:- Prepare the quarterly reports and annual reports (10-Q and 10-K) in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in preparing annual earnings releases
- Assist with the completion of SEC, MD&A, SOX 404, and GAAP disclosure checklists
- Perform technical accounting research and analysis of GAAP, FASB, and SEC rules and regulations that impact financial reporting.
- 2+ years public accounting experience
- CPA is required (or pursuing CPA)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
