Accounting Specialist
Jacksonville, FL
Join an established, family-owned Jacksonville manufacturer managing the full accounts payable process. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position supports two divisions across payables, receivables, and purchasing.
Responsibilities- Process AP, AR, purchase orders, receipts of goods, and invoices
- Reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on overdue accounts and answer billing questions
- Support month-end postings and reconciliations
- 3 plus years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Solid grasp of debits and credits
- Speed and accuracy with high invoice volume
- Bookkeeping education preferred; proven experience considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Net Suite or ERP experience a plus
