Compensation: $150,000 - $230,000 (Base Salary) + 25-30% (Bonus)
Location: Remote, with East or West Coast professionals preferred
We are partnering with a leading global mobility and tax advisory organization that is expanding a newly formed Global Mobility practice and looking for an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join its leadership team on a Remote Schedule. This opportunity offers a combination of technical advisory work, client ownership, team leadership, and practice growth.
What You’ll Own:- Multinational client relationships
- Global mobility and expatriate tax engagements
- Cross-border tax compliance and consulting
- Tax equalization and assignment structuring
- Global compensation and planning strategies
- Engagement economics and profitability
- Team development and mentorship
- Global Mobility, Expatriate, or International Individual Tax experience
- Global Rewards and Global Equity Experience Required
- Strong consulting and technical capabilities
- Experience leading teams and client engagements
- CPA, JD, EA, MST, or similar credential preferred
