Audit Manager – Audit Innovation Team

• Identifies and leverages new claim opportunities, new ideas and new initiatives
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise in all core retail and accounts payable claim categories
• Works with and manipulates data to discover and maximize audit claim potential
• Performs expert level document mining and querying activities
• Interacts with client stakeholders on a regular basis for project development
• Shares and seeks knowledge across the team
• Drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams
• Partners with the Technology and Artificial Intelligence teams to deliver new claim revenue areas with efficient, automated and accurate audit tools
• Delivers audit training to Auditors for new or enhanced audit areas
• Ability for occasional ad hoc global travel

• Experience: Preference for 5+ years experience in Retail / Merchandise Recovery Audit
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a business related field including accounting, finance or general business management
• Location: North America or Europe
• Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and superior Excel skills.
  • Significant research and data mining experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in building relationships with clients, supplier and stakeholders.
