What we're looking forA degree in accounting, or equivalent experience.
Multi-client month-end close experience in Quick Books Online.
Someone who ties to the source before calling anything done.
Someone who solves problems and brings a recommendation, not just a question.
What you getFlexible hours around firm deadlines, clear SOPs and playbooks, AI tools built into the workflow, and a team that values ownership over hand-holding.
